Your Big Day
Here at Rosie Events, we thrive on making your wedding perfect for you. We understand that every couple is different and we work with you to ensure your day reflects that.
We are a family business and we pride ourselves on being friendly, helpful and flexible. We always ensure the whole process runs smoothly, right from your first enquiry.
We really can’t do enough for you and will always make changes to suit what you want or need. Very little of our business is set in stone – it’s our adaptable nature that means we can tailor ourselves to your requirements. Just ask – if we can, we will.
It’s not just the way we work that makes us special; we think you’ll agree that Rosie, our beautiful tented, vintage horse box has some serious wow factor. If you’re looking to really stun your guests, Rosie is the way to do it.
Wedding couples tell us consistently that we were the main attraction at their wedding. You certainly won’t see a 47-year-old, 7.5m, 7.5 ton mahogany lorry, complete with a traditional canvas awning at a run-of-the-mill wedding!
What We Do
We arrive with Rosie or Rosie’s Cabin the day before your big day. We set up the bar according to your theme. Rosie can be adorned with flowers, bunting and festoon lights, or she can be kept minimal with white lighting for a more sophisticated look. Whatever you’re after, we will dress Rosie to look spectacular.
In the tented area, we lay out seating for your guests. On the day, we run the bar with our super-friendly bar staff throughout the afternoon and evening.
As well as the bar itself, we can supply welcome drinks, table wine and a toast along with glasses and servers.
We can also provide crêpes to your guests, cooked in front of them, and can bring our awesome vintage games to keep your guests, young and old, entertained.
“The most wonderful addition to our wedding in September. The bar was a smash hit with our guests and catered for all manner of requests from us and the guests! The entire team were a pleasure to deal with and with all the chaos that goes into organising a wedding they couldn't have been easier to deal with. I would urge anyone considering them to go for it. They won't let you down! Superb”
Bryn Jones – wedding held at Kia Ora Gardens, Cullompton.
"We hired Rosie Events to provide us with their delicious crêpes at our post wedding brunch in September. It was a pleasure to work with Clare in the lead up to the day as she was super flexible when creating a menu that fitted with our brunch theme. On the day they were so friendly and just a joy to work with, and the crêpes were amazing! I am gutted I only had room for two (smoked salmon & cream cheese, and avocado, rocket, pine nuts & tomato), but by all accounts the sweet ones were delicious too! I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Rosie Events team to anyone looking for yummy crepes for an event."

“Rosie the lorry and team did the bar (inc. arrival drinks and wine) for our wedding, and they were fantastic. Great drinks menu, wonderful people, and just right for us ... everyone's been raving about it! Thanks Claire, Fred and team.”
